a) Waitlist email. When you join the waitlist, you provide your email address and opt in to receiving promotional materials and launch updates from us. We use your email only for that purpose. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time.
b) On-device settings. The site stores small preferences (for example, whether music is muted) in your browser's local storage on your own device. This information is not transmitted to us.
c) Basic technical data. As with most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
The waitlist site itself does not record how you play. When the full Market Mayhem game launches, it will offer two ways to play: Practice ("Off the Record"), which is not recorded, and "On the Record," where — with your explicit consent — we record the actions you take in the game (such as your decisions and their timing) to produce your performance report. We will present clear consent and updated details at that time. We do not use this for advertising.
We use trusted service providers to operate the product — for example, Netlify for website hosting and waitlist form handling — which process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. When features intended for teen users launch, we will apply the additional protections required by law.
We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purpose above.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of promotional emails (every email includes an unsubscribe link). To make a request, email nate@thekeepmoreco.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
